A new project we have recently took on is the Sky-House Urban living in Waverly on the outskirts on Sheffield and Rotherham. This is part of a 120 acre site for 3900 houses.
Sky houses are based on the housing concept of back-to-back housing. This creates a compact community around a central park with open spaces for residents to use. The houses have unique garden roofs, with expansive windows to create bright, airy and spacious space. We are delighted to be a part of this innovative project.
